EN 14303 Thermal insulation products for building equipment and industrial installations-Factory made mineral wool (MW) products-Specification.
EN 14303工业装置和建筑设备用隔热产品工厂制矿棉(MW)产品规范。EN14303标准最新版本为EN 14303:2015，已取代EN 14303:2009+A1:2013，EN 14303:2009。
EN 14303:2015标准范围
The EN14303 European Standard specifies the requirement for factory made mineral wool (MW) products, which are used for the thermal insulation of building equipment and industrial installations, with an operating temperature range of approximately, 0℃ to +800℃.
矿棉(MW)保温材料CE认证体系及强制时间
矿棉(MW)保温产品CE认证在欧盟建筑产品CPR法规指导下，根据EN14303:2009+A1:2013协调标准采用体系1或者3进行测试认证。EN14303欧盟CE认证必须由欧盟委员会认可的具备资质能力的欧盟公告号机构(Notified Body)进行测试或认证。EN 14303 MW矿棉产品CE认证从2013年11月1日强制实施。
从2013年7月1日起，欧盟颁布的建筑产品CPR法规(Construction Product Regulation简称305/2011/EU-CPR法规)将全面取代原来的建筑产品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive简称89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，欧盟CPR法规将对CE认证要求更加严格。
