一、CERTIFIRE认证核心内容
适用范围：主要针对防火门组件、挡烟垂壁、五金件等被动防火产品，确保其在火灾中的耐火性能和系统可靠性。
二、WarringtonFire Certifire认证认证流程（申请流程五步法）
申请流程基于Technical Schedule（TS）标准，以下为核心步骤和关键细节。
① 明确产品类别与适用标准,确定产品类型（如防火门、防火涂料、防火玻璃等),对照最新版标准，官网查询：Certifire标准目录（见下文）
② 提交正式申请：填写WarringtonFire官方申请表
③ 寄送样品并完成耐火测试 按要求寄送代表性样品至英国实验室
- 样品必须为量产状态
- 测试周期：6–10周
- 测试环境模拟真实火灾场景
④ 工厂生产控制审核（FPC）：接受UKAS认可审核员现场审查
⑤ 获证与持续监督：每5年重新测试产品，结合年度工厂审核，以维持认证有效性
三、认证后管理与持续合规
Certifire标志：仅允许在 已认证产品 及包装、说明书上使用，禁止滥用。
变更管理：任何设计、材料、工艺变更，必须 提前通知WarringtonFire，否则证书无效。
数据库公开：所有认证产品信息将录入Certifire在线数据库，供全球采购商查验。
